B2B Hospitality provides travel, tour, hospitality, event management, MICE, and related services. We act as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and event vendors.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

We do not sell hotel memberships or offer walk-in bookings directly through the website.

Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as specified.

Prices are subject to change until confirmation.

Payments must be made within the stipulated time mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

Price differences due to changes in dates, services, or availability must be borne by the customer.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of passports, visas, tickets, insurance, and other travel documents.

B2B Hospitality shall not be held responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or service due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

B2B Hospitality shall not be liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of such suppliers.

Supplier terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

B2B Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or airline and supplier operational issues.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of B2B Hospitality.
