At B2B Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for services booked through us.

By booking or availing any service through www.b2bhospitality.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

B2B Hospitality provides travel, tour, hospitality, event, and related services that are customized and arranged through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and event partners. As a result, refund eligibility depends largely on supplier policies.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

a) Travel & Tour Services

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to query@b2bhospitalityindia.com.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting:

- Supplier cancellation charges
- Service and administrative fees
- Any non-refundable components

b) Events, MICE & Corporate Bookings

Refunds depend on the stage of planning, confirmations, and payments already made to vendors.

Partially or fully utilized services are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

- Visa fees
- Government taxes or statutory charges
- Booking fees and service charges
- Airline tickets marked as non-refundable
- Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms
- Customized or special arrangements already confirmed

4. Cancellation by B2B Hospitality

In rare cases where we are unable to deliver a service due to unavoidable circumstances:

- An alternative arrangement may be offered, or
- A refund may be processed after deducting any irrecoverable costs already paid to suppliers.

5. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive or utilize the booked service on the scheduled date (“No-Show”):

- No refund will be provided.
- All payments made will be forfeited unless otherwise specified by the supplier.

6. Force Majeure

B2B Hospitality shall not be held liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or lockdowns
- Strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest
- Airline or supplier operational issues

Refunds, if any, will be subject strictly to supplier policies.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment wherever possible.

Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

8. Amendments and Changes

Changes to bookings may incur additional charges. Any price difference resulting from modifications must be paid by the customer. Refunds, if applicable, will follow supplier terms.

9. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
